Reward Points
The FridayParts Rewards Program allows members to earn points with every purchase made on our website. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, helping you save more while shopping with us.
Every 100 points can be redeemed for A$1 off when you place an order.
Points earned before January 1, 2026 will expire on March 31, 2026.
You can use points to offset up to 5% of the total order amount.
How to Earn Points

View the Points on the Product Page
On the product page, you can see both the points you will earn from purchasing the product and the amount you can deduct using points. The points are calculated based on your membership level and the product price.

Check the Points You’ll Earn at Checkout
During checkout, the system will calculate the points you’ll earn based on your membership level and the order subtotal.

View Your Available Points After Your Order Ships
After you complete the payment, you will receive "pending points" in your account. These points will become available only after your order is shipped.
How to Use Points

Apply Points at Checkout
When checking out, enter the amount of points you want to use. You can also click "All Apply" to use your entire balance. However, please note that you can only deduct up to 5% of the order amount using points.

Enjoy the Discount from Points
During checkout, you will see both your current point balance and the equivalent value in currency. The discount will be applied accordingly.
How to Check Your Points
View Points in Your Account
In your account, you can see
:

Points that can be used for order discounts.
● Pending Points:
Points that will be credited after your order is paid.
● Points Expiring Soon:
Points that will expire shortly.
Check Point Details
You can review the source of your points, track how they were used, and see any point refunds.
