On heavy equipment, a failing radiator core is one of the most common causes of overheating in the field. Once the core is clogged, corroded, or leaking, coolant flow drops and engine temperature climbs fast under load.
Radiator cores are not parts you match by appearance alone. Before ordering, check:

The radiator core is the part that carries most of the cooling load. If it is plugged, leaking, or breaking down internally, the machine will start running hot, especially during long hours or heavy work.
Two radiator cores can look nearly identical and still fit differently. Tank height, hose neck angle, core thickness, and bracket position can all vary by machine model.
A core that looks fine from the front can still be weeping at the tank seam or restricted inside, so check both sides before deciding to reuse it.
